I just don't like how June treated Lily so badly. Lily wants to join them and be part of their family and share a similar religion, or be part of Daughter of Mary. June just simply rejected her. I just totally don't get what she's doing. Why does she just hate Lily that much?
June's hatred toward Lily is frustrating and occurs a lot. I think she hates Lily because she knows she is lying. Lily is also white, being opposite to June, she feels that Lily can't practice the same religion as her. Although not for certain, June just doesn't know what to think of Lily. She just pushes her aside, and wants her out of their house.
