This will be a relatively short post, but I wanted to know what you all thought of the end of the book. Did it give you a sense of completion or did you feel like it was over?
I did feel a sense of completion toward the end of the book. Although, I wish the author could have written an epilogue explaining what happens with Zach and Lily and if T.Ray ever attempts to reach out to Lily.
I liked the end of the book. It shocked me that Lily could get what she wanted. I didn't think that she had the ability to stand up to T. Ray and truly get away from him. Secretly, I am thinking the same as Lily, in that T. Ray does has a speck of love in him. He knows what's best for her and did that. I did give me a sense of completion. She now lives with the Boatwrights, and continues her journey with the rest of the world.
